01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website at newtechservics.com or any of our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

02Services Description

New Tech Services Egypt provides a range of IT services including but not limited to:

• Web Hosting Services (Shared, Business, Enterprise)
• Domain Name Registration and Management
• SSL Certificate Issuance and Renewal
• Business Email Hosting
• Web Development and Design
• AI Services and Automation
• IT Solutions and Managed Services
• Networking Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

03Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your contact information remains accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and enter into this agreement.

04Payment & Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days prior notice to existing customers.

4.2 Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as agreed upon. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4.3 Refund Policy

Web hosting services include a 60-day money-back guarantee for new accounts. Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued.

05Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Transmit spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk commercial messages
• Host, distribute, or facilitate illegal content
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive activities
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Launch DDoS attacks or attempt to compromise server security
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization
• Violate any applicable Egyptian or international laws

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

06Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of New Tech Services Egypt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your website content and data hosted on our servers remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to host and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

07Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers necessary to deliver our services, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Tech Services Egypt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

09Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services in the event of:

• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of overdue invoices after 14 days notice
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Any activity that poses a security risk to our infrastructure or other customers

Upon termination, you have 7 days to retrieve your data before it may be permanently deleted.

10Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Giza, Egypt.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email to account holders. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
